Hawkwind - Warrior On the Edge of Time

I’ve remixed Hawkwind’s Warrior on the Edge of Time for its May 2013 reissue on Atomhenge, using the 1975 master tapes to craft new stereo and 5.1 surround mixes. The original 1975 album, though dense and somewhat murky, bursts with bold, cosmic energy in tracks like Assault and Battery/The Golden Void and the motorik Opa Loka. Working in Logic with minimal processing, I enhanced instrument separation, giving newfound clarity to Lemmy’s bass, Simon House’s Mellotron, Nik Turner’s flute, and Dave Brock’s vocals.
