I’ve remixed Jethro Tull’s Songs From The Wood for its 2017 40th anniversary reissue, released on 19th May, creating a new stereo mix from the original 1977 multi-track tapes. This album sees Ian Anderson, Martin Barre and the band embracing folk-rock with intricate arrangements in tracks like The Whistler and Hunting Girl. Available in a multi-disc deluxe “Country Set” edition with a live 1977 concert recording, unreleased tracks, and a flat transfer of the original stereo mix, plus a booklet with rare photos and sleeve notes.
