Jethro Tull - War Child

I’ve remixed Jethro Tull’s War Child for its 2014 40th anniversary deluxe 2CD/2DVD edition, released 24th November 2014, using the original 1974 multi-track tapes to create new stereo and 5.1 surround sound mixes. Originally intended as a grand film and album project, Tull recorded over 20 songs and several orchestral pieces before the film was shelved, resulting in a 10-track album. This War Child - The 40th Anniversary Theatre Edition reunites 25 tracks, including four orchestral pieces, with the new mixes highlighting the band’s eclectic blend of Ian Anderson’s flute and vocals, Martin Barre’s guitar, and theatrical flourishes in tracks like Bungle in the Jungle and Skating Away.
