Steve Hackett - Spectral Mornings

I’ve remixed Steve Hackett’s Spectral Mornings for its inclusion in the 2015 Premonitions - Charisma Recordings: 1975-1983 10CD+4DVD box set, released by Universal Music Group, using the original 1979 multi-track tapes to create new stereo and 5.1 surround sound mixes. This album, a high point of Hackett’s solo career, blends intricate guitar work, lush atmospherics, and progressive flair in tracks like Every Day and The Virgin and the Gypsy. Mark Powell curated the set and contributed a new essay based on interviews with Steve.
