Tears for Fears - The Seeds of Love

I was beginning to wonder if this one was ever going to be released! I worked on a 5.1 surround mix of Tears for Fears' third album The Seeds of Love way back in 2015, and now it's finally being released on blu-ray as part of a 5 disc box set on 9th October (also release date of the Ultravox Vienna set). If you listened to the recent 1989 episode of The Album Years podcast you will know I chose The Seeds of Love as my favourite album of that year, but more than that it's actually one of my 5 favourite albums period, and in my opinion Roland's masterpiece amongst the band's many wonderful achievements. The remixing of the album presented some real challenges (there were 4 years worth of recording sessions and different versions of the songs across something like 200 tapes), which I explain in detail in the booklet that comes with the set. This is the third in a series of Tears For Fears limited edition box sets and the first 2 have become like gold dust, so don't miss this one if you are a fan.
